Drawing on a strong foundation in human development and psychology, strategic planning, advocacy, and communications, Tara’s work spans nonprofits, corporations, and government agencies.
Tara is passionate about helping women, authors, and change-makers find clarity, confidence, and alignment in their work and lives. Whether guiding a career transition, writing journey, or major life shift, she brings a mix of strategy, creativity, and humor to the process.
Outside of coaching, Tara enjoys writing, advocating for equity and inclusion, and getting lost in a good book. She’s committed to helping people see what’s possible—and take the steps to make it happen.
